High bilirubin levels, can dandelion root tea help lower it? - bilirubin levels more condition_symptoms

Blood test shows that my bilirubin levels are high, I heard that the dandelion tea helps the liver to function better and to stop the jaundice. Any thought about this? Or is there something else u guys tryed and work to reduce the bilirubin values? lmk please ........... Thanks
