How do I clean a big vase-type candle with a wax pattern inside of the discoloration/soot w/o harming inside? - wax patterns

When the wax is hard, put the container in the freezer overnight. The next morning, stir the wax was (brittle) and heat the glass at room temperature.

Scrape to remain as much wax as possible with a spoon wrapped in a cloth or paper towel (to avoid scratching the glass.)

Fill the jar with boiling water. Soaking, until the wax floats to the surface. Once they cooled, remove the wax with a spoon.

Dump the water and wash the container with hot water and soap.

If there is no glue or other sticky substance on the outside of the container, wipe with a product like "Goo Gone", which is in stores and office supplies.
